How did he do this?
Hielke explains: “Real Estate is a very dynamic industry. What worked 3 months ago, might not work today and a great strategy for one owner, might not be right for the next. The right advice is based on an individual’s circumstances, goals and desires as well as the current market conditions we’re working in.”
“I measure my success solely by how many people come back to me and recommend me to their friends and family.”
Hielke is known as an authority in the industry and people respect his advice about anything to do with property or real estate. Whether it is just for an updated appraisal, or because they’re looking to buy something through another agency, Hielke is always available to lend a hand and share his knowledge. Known for his “No pressure approach and no hassles attitude” people know they will get honest advice about what’s right for them.
Hielke loves the lifestyle in Rotorua and all the amazing outdoor activities it has to offer. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him in the best outdoor playground mountain biking, fishing, scuba diving, water-skiing, camping, snowboarding or on his motorbike. Hielke is a dad to three beautiful kids and his fiance, Holly Gray is a travel broker with Flight Centre.
Real estate is Hielke’s passion and he works relentlessly to get the best result for his clients. His focus is on delivering an outstanding experience that can’t be found elsewhere and he’s always happy to have a chat.
